   – Late payments incur a 2% late fee per month until the balance is paid.

 

  1. Cancellation Fees:

   – A $75 doorstep cancellation fee, along with applicable travel fees, will apply if an appointment is cancelled upon arrival.

 

  1. Refund Policy:

   No refunds are provided. If a product is defective, contact customer support for resolution.

 

 

 Hosting and Content

 

  1. Content Storage:

   – Content is guaranteed to remain accessible for one year after delivery.

   – Additional hosting fees may apply beyond the guaranteed period.

 

  1. Client Responsibilities:

   – Clients are responsible for securing permissions for any properties featured in our services.
