Services and Payments
– Once an order is placed or a quote is confirmed, full payment is required. Exceptions to this policy can only be made by Quintessential Technologies Inc.
– Abandoned orders remain payable in full.
– Monthly subscription payments are due on the 1st day of each month.
– Late payments incur a 2% late fee per month until the balance is paid.
– A $75 doorstep cancellation fee, along with applicable travel fees, will apply if an appointment is cancelled upon arrival.
No refunds are provided. If a product is defective, contact customer support for resolution.

Hosting and Content
– Content is guaranteed to remain accessible for one year after delivery.
– Additional hosting fees may apply beyond the guaranteed period.
– Clients are responsible for securing permissions for any properties featured in our services.
– Clients indemnify Quintessential Technologies Inc. against claims arising from unauthorized use of content.
